Nieve ships to supported addresses across Indonesia. Available services depend on the destination and courier integrations active at checkout.
Rates and free shipping
The final shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on destination, package details, and the selected service. Promotional free shipping follows the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Estimated delivery
Delivery estimates begin after the parcel is handed to the courier. Weather, destination, peak periods, or operational disruption may affect the estimate.
Tracking and support
Tracking information appears after fulfillment. If movement is unclear or delayed, use Order Tracking first and then contact Nieve with your order number.
